First Light - an expansive fixture that horizontally suspends from the ceiling, bending upwards at the center, serves as a modern-day torch. LED directional bulbs evenly spaced point towards the ceiling, symbolizing fire - the true first light - in a captured state. The primitive "log" is replaced with a modern version in MDF- an eco-friendly tribute to its predecessor. The simple design of this lighting system stems from its close assimilation to nature, resonating with many different design genres, First Light can be made in various laminates to work with any interior.
 
First Light throws a flattering glow reminiscent of a campfire and comes in a standard length of 64” by 6” wide, as well as a narrow profile of 3". Suspended by 4 stainless steel cables, First Light floats in balanced harmony- in a formal dining room setting, over a conference table, or even hanging from a tree for al fresco dining. As an option, First Light is available in natural candlelight as well.
