The most important prerequisite is having all your questions lined up to optimize your time, while having your questions answered. With all the call options available (Zoom, Skype, WhatsApp, Facetime), a live conversation with us is a great, quick and simple option regardless of where you live.

Q&A is only focusing on your questions. We will provide answers. We do not provide design direction-just simple and straightforward answers to your questions, like a doctor's " second opinion." Once scheduled, we will reach out to review your questions and any available photos that are relevant to your inquiries to assist in our preparation.

The first step in our full design process is to book a complimentary "How You Vibe" call* so we can learn more about your project.
*Standard outline of questions is followed during each interview to determine the scope of your project. Neither advice or ideas are provided during this 30-45 min session
Moving forward, the next step would be (up to) a 90-minute Design Consultation, preferably at the project site. This is the "official" jumping-off point to develop a custom proposal for your project outlining the scope of work and associated design concepts based on your input and specific needs.
NOTE: This design consultation process does not include: specific ideas, specific samples, specific design direction, project supervision, management, procurement, or storage.

Our “90-minute Design Consultation” rate is a set fee of $300 ($100 additional /each 30 minute block) It generally takes place at the project site. Travel time is billed at $125/hour
Upon completion of this initial meeting a design proposal will be outlined for your specific project.

From concept to completion, our full-service design transforms your sanctuary into a cohesive, intentional, beautifully designed space. This service provides design for one room, multiple spaces, entire homes, and/or commercial spaces. Each project will be complete with lighting, furnishings, wall and floor coverings, art and decor, or just what you specifically need - no project is too tiny (or too enormous).

The most comprehensive options providing all the bells and whistles from start to finish (as listed under space design), using our team and resources to take the project from A-Z. This works best for clients seeking complete design management, supervision and execution – from corporate/commercial initiatives, vacation homes, or those wanting the white glove route to Design/Build nirvana.
